WHY DID LOVE GISELE QUIT!!!???
I don’t have a clue. I watched the same video as you did.
(this will be a long ass post, get a drink or move along now)
Here’s what I know. When a model quits or chooses not to renew their contract, there are usually one of three reasons. This is merely my opinion from what I have seen, experienced and watched with other models.
- Tired of the game and want to get out of the biz.
- Tired of their webmaster’s bullshit and wants someone that knows how to do their job.
- Thinks they can do it all themselves and run it better, thus cutting out their partner and making themselves more money in the long run.
I AM NOT SAYING that Gisele quit for one of these reasons. I am saying that with most girls, it falls under one of those reasons. I don’t know Gisele overly well outside of “Hello” but I do know, she is a true professional because this decision to quit couldn’t have come to her lightly. Yet, she was keeping up her end of her contract perfectly, appearing for photo shoots, doing her cam shows, not giving excuses for why she couldn’t do this or that.
Class act for damn sure. +1 Gisele.
So why do models quit?
From this point on, don’t think I am talking about Gisele, I am not.

The reality is, this business is a hell of a lot more harsh than the end viewer realizes. Everything you do is under the watchful eye of haters. Get your hair done, someone will like it, someone will hate it. Do your make up different for fun and some ass clown feels his vote on the matter counts and bitches in a forum about it where he has a huge post count so his epenis is large. Dude. Seriously. Move out of your Mom’s basement already.
The girls make money, some make more than others depending upon the team they have aligned with, the website’s schedule for updates, the quality of the content, more or less… the common sense things. They put up with so many guys that want to “get to know them better” it’s fucking ridiculous.
What’s your last name baby? Is that your real first name? Where do you live? Do you have IM, I want to get to know you better!

Seriously. The majority of guys are awesome, they get this is entertainment and they have fun. The model has fun, the guy has fun, everyone wins. It’s the delusional guys that think this is online dating and the girl wants to meet to have their dick that are hilarious. These clowns do cause stress to the girls though, no question. Some laugh it off, some take it more to heart. Every girl of course, is different. (duh)
I know, I know… she gets paid well for it!
No, most don’t. Most models don’t make anywhere near what you think they do. Not even remotely close. Some girls are lied to badly by this webbie or that webbie. Fake bullshit promises so the girl will work for them, then they start making less and less and the checks just aren’t adding up like they were promised.
This brings us to possible #2…

I hear webbies whine about the girls a lot. I hear webbies say girls are not reliable and they flake all the time and they just can’t be counted on. This is true of the majority of web models. Not all, but most.
The same can be said of some webbies. Some are lazy motherfuckers and that’s being polite.
So imagine for a second, you align yourself with someone that talks a good game… but sucks in every other category. Always has a reason for sucking, a good excuse. Passes blame, points fingers and talks shit behind everyone’s back. It was so and so’s fault etc.
You can only hear this so often before you say….. wtfwtfwtfwtf I QUIT!
Just as a model can be replaced, so can a webmaster/production team. It sucks but welcome to the game. If you are good at what you do, hold your head high because your ass is a rare asset in the game and the girls, they will come to you because in time, they will get tired of the bullshit. They will get tired of the endless lies, the promises of riches, the shit that just never happens. It sucks, it really does but hey, you signed up to play the game, what id you expect? You’d never be held accountable for the lies? Really?
Sometimes the girl quits because someone else approaches her with a better offer. Sadly, more times than not, the offer is bullshit. A lie, a scam and the girl was so desperate for something better, she believed it but all she did, was trade her current lying asshole for a new one. Shit happens I guess. If you’re willing to jump out of contract for something “better”, then maybe you deserve for it to go shitty?
Take an example from Gisele, she stayed in her contract and held up every angle until it was her time to leave that situation. Again, +1 for class.

I have seen this a few times. It doesn’t really work too well. Sure, the idea is amazing. Pretend you’re a webmodel and your site is puling in $8000 a month… after credit card fees, your cut is around $3220 if you’re a 50/50 partner. That’s monthly… and while that is a lot of money, it’s really not that much after you take into account buying outfits, make up, staying skinny for shooting, dealing with stalkers and e-assholes that want to hate on you 24/7 etc.

So in your head you figure… if I learn how to be a webbie, I can do it all myself. Yeah, I can cut so and so out of the biz and do it myself! I’ll make TWICE AS MUCH MONEY! Wheeeeeee
I have seen a lot of models go this route. I am still waiting to see one succeed at it. There are some exceptions to the rule, where a girl is doing well, but would they being better with a proper webbie behind them? Yes, without question.
Why? Simple… it’s another job. If you’re a model, being a full time webbie, marketer, security expert, server tech, customer service, forum poster, affiliate manager, the list goes on and on… where do you plan on sleeping or eating properly?
No, doesn’t happen. I can only think of one girl doing well as a solo deal. They do exist, but there are far more examples of girls doing it themselves where they are just fucking themselves into the ground. On the upside, a webbie isn’t fucking them over, so I guess that’s good hey?
Every really successful model out there is aligned with a good webbie or team. It’s a strength in numbers kind of thing.
Being successful online is a lot of work, and it takes time and effort and often… some webbies or girls fall short because they lose sight of what they were doing when they started. They get greedy, they get stupid. Seen it before, I’ll see it again. Probably the same in any business though, isn’t it?
In closing….
Shit happens. This business is a lot like high school. A lot of back stabbing. A lot of he said she said. It’s kind of lame, you never know who you can trust and who you can’t. I have said things to people about others, on purpose to see if it got back to me… when it does, guess what? You’re busted and well, you can’t be trusted. Guess I won’t be hiring you in the future, hope betrayal was worth not getting paid for the jobs I would have given you.
It is funny though, the drama I mean… it’s unreal. I see this person fuck over that person, then they start working with someone else and they themselves get fucked and they’re shocked.
ring ring… Karma is calling… you gonna get that? No worries, it’ll call back. Count on it.
I’m not perfect, I’ve made more than my share of errors but thankfully… so far anyway, I have learned from these and moved forward. I am sure in the future I will make mistakes, I’m human. I won’t have a girl quit on me though because I fucked her over. In 12/13 years, it hasn’t happened. I’m not perfect but at least I know my role.
Treat others like you want to be treated. Common sense 101.
I heard Violet Erotica is no longer with her site either. Not sure why or what happened, but as with Gisele, I wish them both only the best of things to come. Both are classy women and both will land on their feet.

Very insightful. I believe Violet lost her site because of what happened with Gisele.
They are both still camming though, so I’m guessing the reason Gisele quit is not that she wanted out of the industry.
