I used to hear stories about how some guys would get scammed online. They would start chatting with a girl that would claim to be a web model. The girl would send the guy photos of herself, which in truth were candid photos taken from the web model’s website she was pretending to be.

Then the girl would chat up the guy more and the guy, I guess wishing/wanting this to be real would take the bait and basically believe that he was indeed chatting with a web model. After some time, or a few days of buttering the guy up, the girl would have an emergency or crisis where she’d need to come up with $500 or something, but oh damn, I don’t get paid for a week…

So then the guy offers to help her because hey, she’s hot as hell right? Surely this will impress her and after all, she is a web model, she’ll be paying me back in no time!

SUCKER

Wow. How can a guy fall for this shit? I had seen this first hand with other girls, and then it happened with one or two guys getting scammed by fakers pretending to be Bryci.

t192Just this morning someone emailed Ava Dawn’s email saying how great it was chatting with her last night. WTF? He wasn’t chatting with Ava Dawn. She’s out of town right now with family. So I emailed him back and told him, he said something didn’t seem right… but in this case, at least he didn’t get suckered. He merely chatted with a faker, this guy was smarter though. He did research and found the real Ava.

The faker goes by the name Angel Zamora or sultryhottieangel26 in Yahoo and yes, it’s a faker. Sad that this person needs to pretend to be someone else. That’s the whole faker thing though, sad ass people with no life pretending to be others.

As the old saying goes… if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

If you’re chatting with a web model online via an IM program, especially Yahoo, because she’s OMG bored… take this into account: IT’S NOT HER.

I have been in the game for 13 years, I have yet to see a pretty girl that sites around and chats up complete strangers because she has nothing to do. Think about it. Pretty girls almost always have something to do. Not trying to be an ass when i say that but come on, when is the last time you heard of a web model randomly messaging strangers in Yahoo for shits n giggles? In short, that shit doesn’t happen. I have seen models chat in chat rooms for their sites, but here’s the kicker… THEY ARE ON WEBCAM so you know it’s really them.

Look, believe what you want but seriously, don’t believe everything someone says online. This is after all, the internet and anyone can say anything until they get busted. Fakers lie so they can steal. Web models would never ask you for cash up front as a loan or to help them because well… they make money with their site, dur, this should be obvious.

If a web model asks you for something, get her ass on webcam, immediately. You’ll see all kinds of excuses and reasons she can’t go on webcam though. It’s “broken” will be the popular one. To which you reply… you’re a web model and you can’t afford a webcam?

What kind of web model are you? Oh yeah, the kind that has a cock and balls combo going on under the dress.

Although, if you’d like to be a dumb fuck and send cash to a girl, I can pretend to be one for you. Hell, at least I’d give you better quality images and videos then the fakers have access to. Yes, I accept Visa and Mastercard.

One of the things I have noticed working online is the amazing amount of fakers there are. I have no idea why fakers exist. I used to think that the person that faked a web model was most likey some girl that maybe didn’t get the same attention and was looking for attention.

I came to this conclusion because of a girl that used to fake Kayla from gndkayla.com. This girl would steal Kayla’s images and put them online, calling herself a new name… trying to get guys to send her money. Megan Lewis (the faker) was not altogether there and that is putting it lightly. She finally wrote this long email apologizing for it etc. I don’t really believe her, but that’s me.

Before Bryci started I told her her images would be downloaded and faked just like everyone else. I knew we’d see fakers out there and usually, fakers are harmless. They are trying to get attention, that’s all. Rare that you find one using the images, trying to scam people out of money.

So the other day I am in Facebook under my random name identity that I use to search out fakers, and there’s one for Bryci. There is usually 5-10 in Facebook if I stay away for a week. We don’t use Facebook ourselves, Bryci isn’t in there and neither am I so if you ever see a “Bryci” in facebook, it’s not the real girl, period.

Anyway.. I see this one faker so I send her a nice email detailing how we’re going to find her if she doesn’t wake the fuck up. So many people are stupid it’s not even funny. They figure it’s online so it can’t be tracked. That or they’ve seen one too many movie and figure if they hide behind an anonymity router it will hide them. Nope. If someone wants to find you, you can be found. Welcome to the world wide web. Privacy is such a thing of the past it’s not even funny.  That’s another blog tho… hah

I send her an email telling her what happens next…

Keep in mind the facebook profile she’d have gotten the email from does not mention jamesdot in any way nor bryci in any way. It’s a dud profile, no writing on it. The email with the notification of what was going to happen next was the only way this faker was contacted. I didn’t mention jamesdot.

Yet… this morning I wake to an email addressed to james@jamesdot.com

ummm… :|

Serious?

Let me get this right…

You looked at YOUR facebook this morning and your facebook was now a Bryci profile?

Strange, the Bryci profile was new in the last 24 hours… had 18 followers, was not an older profile

You’re telling me your babysitter did this?

So your babysitter creates a fake profile and when you wake up, you login in and check the email for this fake profile that isn’t yours? Would the first thing you do when going to FB in the morning is login, or if you’re already logged in… you’d see that’s not you and you’d click log out?

No, you make your way through this profile and read the emails that are addressed to someone other than yourself. Yeah, that makes sense.

How did you know to email james@jamesdot.com when I didn’t include that email or my website or anything about me in the email I sent you in facebook. It wasn’t registered from a jamesdot.com email. it was a random identity I use to catch clowns such as yourself. Hmmm… could it be that you stole the pix from my site here, so you knew exactly who to contact to stop us from moving forward against you? Seems more than plausible, seems likely.

Ina did include her phone number which I thought was a nice tough to showing she was actually freaked by my email. I removed the email because I’m not totally heartless.

Just makes ya shake your head and ask yourself..

Where in your head was this a good idea? No it wasn’t your damn babysitter, we’re not 12, we don’t fall for bad lies anymore. Santa is real? What? Sweeeeeet! Now I can get a pimped out big wheel!

So for those reading this that are consider using someone else’s images online so you can get your rocks off.. what’s your deal? Why go through the headache? One of these days you’ll mess with the wrong person and yes, they will take legal action against you. How much could this cost you? Use Google like I just did you look it up.

Anyone found to have infringed a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages up to $30,000 for each work infringed and, if willful infringement is proven by the copyright owner, that amount may be increased up to $150,000 for each work infringed. In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney’s fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights

So, let’s say you fake a facebook profile and you steal 30 images.

30 images x $30,000 per image = ……

your ass is so bankrupt it’s not even funny.

So what happens if you don’t have the money? A judgement. Meaning, your house is sold, your car is sold, your bank accounts frozen, every single thing you owned is now not yours, it’s being auctioned. Your life is fucking gone as you knew it.

For what? So you could pretend to be someone else online?

Dude. Really?

If you’re going to fake someone to get off, at least be smart enough to do it with random photos. Don’t steal them from a website that will most likely come after you to protect itself.

Wow, this is awesome. Ok, so there’s this e-tard that lives in the UK named Kevin. I’ll leave his last name out of this post *for now* because well, I don’t really feel the need to expose this guy. Not yet anyway… if he keeps testing me, yeah, different story.

So what am I talking about you ask? Well, one of the things we encounter in this business is people that will steal photos, and then upload these photos in myspace or facebook or whatever, and basically pretend to be the girl they stole photos of. Not a clue why these losers do this, not sure if it’s men, women, both or again, why they’d go through the lengths/hassles. Not sure if they need some e-attention or what it is, but it is part of the biz. Fakers are basically thieves for lack of better term.

As such, when I see someone screwing with us, I go into super spy mode and I start to plant traps. The traps vary, and obviously I am not going to go into too much detail as to what sort of traps etc. Wouldn’t want to help anyone figure anything out now would we?

So anyway… this Kevin fucktard, he has about 10-15 fake model profiles. He steals their photos, builds a profile and then starts getting people on the friend’s lists. Why? Hell if we know. He doesn’t talk smack or anything, he follows these people on twitter as well under a fake ID and follows their tweets, then posts that as status updates in myspace so it appears it really is the model.

Why?

Because Kevin has no friends. Again… Fuck if I know why.

Kevin has been creating fake Bryci profiles and as he creates them, I send DMCA letters and get his account removed. The account gets removed and he signs up again under a new fake email address and does it all over again. Like a little game of cat and mouse. Except I’m the cat and this mouse Kevin is, you guessed it, mentally inept.

He used to start all his fake profiles with three initials before the model’s name… example, if it were B, he’d put D.K.S Bryci etc. (no, it wasn’t DKS, it was something else, this was after all an example) So buddy boy eventually clues in that I am nuking his shit as fast as he builds it, so he goes and makes a bunch of new profiles, this time though… he had the balls to actually sign up for one of our websites.

Mistake. HUGE mistake Kevin. Wow. Epic fucking fail on your part dude. Seriously. hahahaha

So now Kev goes and downloads certain photos that have not been seen to non members. These include candids and certain angles of the girls that again, had not been seen. Those of you that know me know I take my job seriously. I can tell you what someone has downloaded right down to the file, page, time they were online, where they were when they grabbed it etc. What else they grabbed that moment, 10 seconds earlier, 10 seconds later. There is software that allows us to well, catch bad guys. :)

kevin

So Kev, being the e-tard that he is, goes and downloads 10 pix of B and 10 pix of Ava. Very specific pix mind you… so all I then do is go into the server and run a trace using a filter with those files in it.  Wow. hard right? No, took all of 10 seconds. Then I look at his account and sure enough, this is the guy.

So yes, I banned him, removed his account and sent him a friendly email telling him to grow the fuck up or I will have a lawyer in his town of South Hampton, United Kingdom, hand him his testicles. I have to believe this loser still lives with his parents and has zero social life, thus the e-hatred towards all these girls. Maybe it is a girl and she’s using Daddy’s credit card. Not sure, but one thing is for sure, I have this guy by the balls and I’m looking for any excuse to release his personal info to other webmasters that he’s screwed over by faking, as well as local authorities and bring him up on charges for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, damage to business, hell, I’ll make sure the lawyer makes up new things just to ass fuck Kevin even more.

Contrary to popular (yet ignorant) belief… what you do online is not private. it can be traced, it just comes down to if you’re doing something bad where you piss off someone so they want to trace you and if they know their job well enough to trace you. I’m no expert but after 12/13 years doing this, I have picked up a couple tricks here and there.

Myself, I have no desire to get into some legal battle with some clown in the UK, because let’s face it, it wouldn’t be a battle. It would be a lawsuit, he’d go in debt because he’d lose badly (server logs don’t lie, nor do myspace server logs) and in the end, I’ve ruined someone’s life.

Then again, he’s out to fuck with me/us right now so meh, if I squash this turd, the world is a better place for it.

I just caught a thief and it feels great.

Fuck you, Kevin
