So the other day I did a blog about people being overweight and how freaking easy it is to take charge and fix your situation while you still can.

This shit is scary scary scary. If you’re a guy reading this and you’d consider yourself to be “fat”, let’s be blunt and talk man to man.

WTF is wrong with you?!

Seriously dude, do you not want to be healthy? I have to believe you have a Mom that loves you dearly, maybe some siblings. I’m more sure that if you wanted to be hooking up with a hot girl…being 50-100-150 pounds heavier than you should be, is really going to put a kink in those plans.

I’m not trying to be an ass, think of me as the porntastic white Oprah….er… with a dick.

I’m here to help your ass but question is, are *YOU* willing to help your ass?

Your heart called, it said READ MY POST AGAIN.

How many of you have a problem with your weight? I think weight is a touchy topic for most people, we all want to look and feel our best, but most of us just simply don’t know how to get from A to B. It’s scary man, who wants to start going to some gym where most of the guys there are meatheads? I understand the fear, the wtf am I going to do of the whole situation to some degree.

I used to be a fitness trainer, for a small window of time mind you but I did take some courses and I did train a good number of people. I’ve assisted people in their weight loss and made new people out of many and well, it’s not that hard. If you yourself have 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 50 pounds you want to shed, keep reading.

First thing you need to do, to be blunt, is stop being so fucking lazy.

Tell yourself it’s time and this time, is the last time you’ll say that. Once you start, you can’t go back, but more importantly, why would you want to? If you’re overweight, don’t sit there and tell me you like it. I am certain you’d be happier if you were healthy, you know it. I know it. It’s called common sense.

I picked up this magazine awhile back that had an article on the cover called 15 in 21. Their claim was 15 pounds in 21 days. I laughed at the newsstand when I read the cover. I remember the day well, wow, what scam is this? (I asked myself). I picked up the magazine and thumbed through it, and I was surprised at what I read. The article was in promotion of a book called Turn up the Heat by Dr Philip Goglia. I checked the local library and holy shit, they had the book! I checked it out and started to read… and three days later, I ordered it off Amazon.

This is like a blueprint to fix your body and yes, it works. I personally have tried this, used this, I swear by it. I even put a model that asked for my help on a variation of this and she dropped weight like crazy as well. In short, the plan works.

So, you want a sneak peak into this plan, into the book? If you’re going to buy it, you can find it online for 10-20 bux, some places list it as high as $40…. keep looking, I bought mine for $12 I think.

Here are the magazine scans, click for larger. I know this might not seem like fun, and truth is, it’s not… it’s boring as fuck, but then again, being overweight isn’t much fun either.

So there you have it. Remember, you CAN do this. Question is, do you like who you are more than who you could become? Healthy is much more attractive. If you need any help, send me an email, I’d be happy to assist you.
