I was 6' 200 for awhile, I don't know that I'd call that a fat ass. :) That's not that big really, hell, I didn't think I was big at all till after I look back at old pix. My jeans were a 34 or 36 for the longest time man, I just recently got into a 32 and I finally got it. You know when you're shopping with anyone female and they try on that set of jeans that is in the... not sure if these will fot category, and then they do fit? She is walking on clouds for the rest of the day. I finally get that.

Size 32. heh I still have awhile to go. My post wasn't about game or not having game of course, it was about not being lazy and making excuses for looking a certain way that someone doesn't want to look. I know a lot of people, and I was on that list too that said... meh, I look fine.. when I knew I wanted to look better.

I am 6' 200# so I am what your graph calls a fat ass. Also, I nail my share of hot girls - go figure.

Although I am not fat and I don't get laid because of the size jeans I wear (34 or 36 depending on who made them). Its all about the game James

dam... I don't even know what to say about all this but I am now in the same boat... once at 150 lbs doing MMA at local gyms and now-- I am 5'10" at 180.5 lbs, I need to do something about the weight too because at one point I was working on the road, i.e. flights, 2-6 hours of drive time, and I did not get the chance to have good food. Instead I was loving the "Big Macs" and "Tacos" that could be purchased with minimum time loss...

I weigh 120 pounds. Of course you're thinking "WTF?" but here's the catch - I'm 14. Do you think the three-week plan you posted earlier would work for me? Most of my friends weigh 110 to 115, and I'm a little flabby. Don't want to eat servings large enough for an adult, but don't want to starve myself with an already small eating plan when I'm supposed to be growing.

for sure man, for sure. for me, reading that book Turn up The Heat really changed the way I view things. I started to count calories as well. The biggest thing though, as noted in the article (I posted in the weight loss blog)... if you drink your weight in ounces (water) every day, you will lose 5 pounds in one week. I thought it was bullshit so I tried it, as did Bryci, as did Monroe... the shit works. Amazing, but it works.

Hey man, 6'3, 245 is big, I'd envision you to be either broad across the shoulders and a lot of muscle or... some extra padding you'd like to remove. I think we all have some unwanted though, I know I do as well. I stand 6'0 (5'11.5 to be precise) and I usually weight between 180-200 depending... but I'd be the first to tell you, when I was around 200, holy fack. I had some double/triple chin goodness going down.

I had this chocolate cake diet I was on, got up to 207 area. Bryci stuck with me... go figure. Now I am tipping the scales at 175 and I'm cutting up, getting down to 165 range before I reverse and start bulking/working out hard. Good times.

Although this is a big and pressing issue i do believe the fact that apparently 67% of Americans are fat is... flawed

Im 6'3'' and i weigh 245lbs im 20 years old. According to my doctor my proper weight should be around 180 lb's. now u probably have a image of some fat couch potato however i am an athlete i play lacrosse at the collegiate level and have always played sports all my life. People dont consider me fat, nor even overweight however i do have some unwanted weight but i would fall into the obese category apparently from statistics like these
