The Vancouver Canucks are down THREE games straight against the Los Angeles Kings.

Does this make me happy? Hell yes. I hate the Vancouver Canucks. They are an incredible team, no question there. I can’t fault them for their skill, they were the best in the league for the second year in a row this year. My fav team, the Calgary Flames, suck donkey balls. The Canucks losing to the under dog LA Kings makes me happy.

See, the top 8 teams from this division play in the playoffs, Van is the #1 team, LA is the #8 team and almost didn’t make the playoffs. So the Canucks losing to the underdog this badly is awesome to me.

Before you think it’s because the Canucks kill the Flames all the time, check the all time team versus team record. The Flames are the better team over all. The Flames have won a Stanley Cup, the flames even won the last 2 or 3 against Vancouver that they played. That said, Van is the better team, no question.

I wish Calgary was 1/2 the team the Canucks are.

I’m not bitter, they’re just the enemy.

I live in BC and I’m among many that hate the Canucks.

Amazing news for science geeks/nerds our there, Neil deGrasse Tyson, astrophysicist extraordinaire has been signed to host the reboot of Carl Sagan’s tv series Cosmos. Seth MacFarlane is producing it for Fox for 2013 release. Cosms for those out of the loop, is an award winning series by Csrl Sagan.

Neil is unbelievable. Watch this video and shit your pants. This guy isn’t boring, he’s hilarious and smarter then me. How can you not like this guy?

If you’ve got an hour to play with.. this is awesome. Richard Dawkins (he wrote the amazing book the God Delusion and many others) and Neil deGrasse Tyson – The Poetry of Science. Neil outshines Richard so bad it’s dumb… but this might because he’s a astrophysicist and not a biologist.

Biology is amazing, make no mistake… but I’ll take physics every damn time.
