I haven’t blogged in one hell of a long time! I’m fine, just really preoccupied lately. I guess best way to do this since so much shit is going on in my head right now, is to write one huge motherfucking blog. Sound good?

Work -
I am in the middle of upgrading to a faster server. New box hopefully is online by Monday which means a few days of beta testing, trouble shooting, making sure everything works. New box is insane speed wise. Members of the Bella sites will notice a 5x time difference if not faster in downloading/streaming etc.
We did this for a few reasons, one of which is so I can start putting together my new site. I say my site because I will be hand picking everything that goes into the new site. It will be part of the Bella Network so no additional cost for members. I am going to build a site I myself would join, that way I have fun with it. I want to start shooting unknown models for the new site, but this won’t happen for a little bit still. Far too busy and I refuse to half ass it. If I can’t give 150% attention to it, I won’t start it.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Bryci recently decided to turn up the heat in her site. Like you, I was caught off guard as well. Weird isn’t it? I freaking live with Bryci and I didn’t know until a short time before you knew. haha! She’s a strong woman, she comes to decisions on her own time, she does her research, does her homework, decides what is best for her. I support anything she does, so she knew I’d be fine with things.
What’s fucked up is we really haven’t started to test the waters as of yet. I *still* am without my Nikon D4! Yes, I’m going apeshit crazy. I sold my D700 to a buddy a couple months back because Nikon had announced the D4 releasing in January. Then delay after delay hit. Upside, I am told I’ll have it early next week.

Hey, this just in… if you currently use a Blackberry, odds are you’re pretty fucking boring. 
Alright, maybe not all of you. Seriously though, how much more could these little fuckers suck? We owned the BlackBerry Bold about 2 weeks after it launched a few years back. Stupidest thing I ever bought. I’m not a fucking accountant. I was told these would be better for business. Wait, what? Why? Because there is a keyboard? Pffffft Small ass screen, no decent apps, low memory. RIM can eat a dick. My dick to be more specific.
okay, where were we… oh yeah… work work…
So later this year I intend to start shooting other ladies for the network. No, not for new solo sites. The web has enough solo sites doesn’t it?

I follow many models on twitter. I see them complain about their website often how they don’t get paid or something. Do you know why models change their domain sites so often? It is hard to keep up with them when I cannot find them. These models get so cranky!

I too follow many ladies online. What I can tell you is this, I am not a model. As such I can’t begin to tell you how hard it is, or how easy it is. Sure I see girls complain and when I do, I often wonder why they take their drama to twitter. What I have come up with, is that why the fuck not? These ladies are real and they deal with assholes every day. Sure, a lot of nice guys in fanland but sadly, there are also pricks that think they can say or do whatever they want. It’s gotta be hard to take after awhile.
Guys will reason… well fuck, they should get a thicker skin.
Tell you what ‘guy’, you get naked and put yourself online, exposed for the world to see and when that one person tells you something shitty, see how thick your skin is. That’s the reality of the situation. People generally suck ass. Not all people, but most. Depending on the day, the time, we all suck. I have moods, I have to believe you do too. Meh, shit happens right?
Online there are a few ways it works online but what it comes down to, when a model switches domains, she was either fired from her website or she walked away/quit her website for whatever reason. It’s different every time, and if you get both sides of the story, both will usually say they are right and they other person fucked up. It’s sort of like a divorce I guess.
You know divorces, both sides say it was the other person that fucked up. Truth usually lays somewhere in the middle, not always, but often
So, with other models that flip domains, why do they do it? Simplest reason in my head? Creative differences with the person or people they were working with. It sucks but sometimes you start working with someone thinking they are one way, and then you later learn they are different than you thought. Been there myself.
For the record, I think it’s bad business for a model to keep flipping domain names unless she has no other choice. Your name, your domain, it’s your brand. If you have a falling out with someone, you BUY THE SITE so there’s still only one site with you online. If you’re some model named Jennifer and there are six previous Jennifer websites, how the fuck does it make sense to you as a good thing to start site #7? You reason it to yourself that your “true fans” will know. Well okay, I get that but what about the people that don’t follow your every move? How will they know?
If I had a falling out with any of the Bella ladies, they’d have option of buying their site. I’m not someone that pretends to be models online. I don’t blog for others, I don’t do the drama bullshit very well. If tomorrow ________ hated me, I’d look what her site makes, I’d look at what work I had put into it, I’d tell her what I’d sell for and if we were able to work something out so we both benefited, great.
Sometimes model/webmaster relationships fall apart, shit happens, you’re adults, work it out if possible and move on.
One piece of advice though… do not always believe what a model says about her old working situation any more than you’d believe a webmaster bitching about a model. Every coin has two sides. Obviously they were fine before, something shitty had to have happened to change things and trust me, one of the two sides there will be in the wrong. Whether they will admit it or not, that’s another story altogether.
I have known a lot of webmasters, a lot of models. There is good and bad out there on both sides. Look at their other work as a good basis for if that person sucks or is a hard worker. Some models/webmasters are just fucking lazy as balls. It’s easy to make excuses, a lot easier than working.
Everyone has their own opinion, right?
